The King County Medical Examiner’s Office will bury the remains of 154 indigent people this afternoon.

A ceremony will be held at 1 p.m. at Mt. Olivet Cemetery, 100 Blain Avenue NE, Renton. It will include burial rites, prayers, music and dedication of a plaque.

Officials cremate and bury the remains of those whose families could not be found or who could not afford to properly dispose of their loved one’s remains.
