Lakewood police are looking for clues to the whereabouts of a man who has been missing since March 12.

Faatoaga Ufuti was last seen about 1:45 p.m. March 12. His wife told police that it is unusual for him to leave and not call her.

No family members or friends have seen Ufuti either. He does not have any medical, suicidal or depression issues, police reported.

Ufuti was driving a white 1998 Plymouth Voyager van.

Lakewood police ask anyone who has seen Ufuti or know of his whereabouts to call (253) 830-5000.

  1. He’s an adult, he has no medical problems, and he has a history of leaving his wife and not contacting her. Why is this news?

Actually YeeHaw the article says it is unusual for him to leave and not call his wife–not that he has a history of doing so. I would think it’s news because his family wants him found. My question is why is it 2 months later that they are finally getting information out?
