Steven Powell’s voyeurism trial is set to resume today.

The 62-year-old Powell is charged with 14 counts of voyeurism for allegedly taking photos of two young neighbor girls from his bedroom window. He’s pleaded not guilty.

The trial, which has garnered national media attention because he is the father-in-law of missing Utah mom Susan Cox Powell, began last week.

She went missing from her home in December 2009 and Powell’s son, Josh, was being investigated in her disappearance when he killed their two sons and himself in Pierce County in February.
Steven Powell’s trial started Wednesday with opening statements and witnesses. There was no court Thursday or Friday.
