The city of Auburn and the Auburn Food Bank are opening a severe weather shelter tonight and Tuesday night as a cold front sweeps through Western Washington and nighttime temperatures dip into the low 30s.

The shelter will be located at the memorial building in Veteran’s Memorial Park, 411 E St NE. It will be open from 8 p.m. to 8 a.m. both Monday and Tuesday.
