The lawyer for Chuck and Susan Cox told the Salt Lake Tribune they were used to set up the Powells. Read that story here.

The Deseret News has a story about students at a West Valley high school dressing up out of respect for the Powell boys killed Sunday.

As I predicted we NOW have more evidence coming in that notes several people had a watch and or knew of pending issues with Josh Powell.

1)Wed. court hearing by Judge for psych exam
2)Sat. withdrawal of cash SARs prompt or alert from teller to WHICH ASSIGNED PIERCE COUNTY DEPUTY? Who got the call at Pierce County about this withdrawal and who was the deputy assigned to the case?
3)911 Call from family member before the impending fire…
4)911 Call from DSHS contract worker to dispatch… then the dispatcher is rude, and challenging a 911 call as an EMERGENCY!!! (I have stories myself on this one…. calling 911 to be ignored before an incident with racing, and children hurt; typical PC LE personnel).
    5) Then call from attorney during the fire…..

What other documents did Pierce County have that were not a RED FLAG to intervene sooner????

More to come of this judicial mess.
