Flags at all state agency buildings will be flying at half-staff today in honor of a Marine sergeant from Seattle who was killed recently in Afghanistan.

Sgt. William C. Stacey, 23, died Jan. 31 from injuries he got from an improvised explosive device.

Gov. Chris Gregoire has ordered that flags remain at half-staff until the end of today or first thing Thursday.
