If you want to read more stories about the Powell investigation, here are a few:

* The Salt Lake Tribune has a story that goes into the investigation into Susan Cox Powell and the impact of Sunday’s deadly fire on that work. The West Valley City (Utah) police chief said Josh Powell didn’t know where the investigation stood and it shouldn’t be considered a reason for his actions Sunday.

* The Salt Lake Tribune also talked to a cousin of Josh Powell, who said he’d contacted the FBI on Monday and asked them to investigate whether people had contacted Child Protective Services recently with claims of abuse. The cousin was among those family members who received an email from Powell minutes before the fire.
