UPDATED: Flames damage outbuilding in Parkland

Central Pierce firefighters are on the scene of a fire at an outbuilding in Parkland.

Crews reported heavy flames coming from the building in the 300 block of 127th Street East, Central Pierce Fire & Rescue reports. The fire is now out.

There are believed to be animals inside the home.

Paramedics tended to an occupant of the house, who was reportedly OK.

No injuries were reported.
