UPDATED: Emergency shelters open in Pierce, King counties

The following warming shelters have been opened for residents without power because of today’s ice storm.

* Puyallup Nazarene Church, 1026 7th Ave. S.W., in Puyallup.

* Evergreen Presbyterian Church, 10118 249th St. E., in Graham.

* Orting City Hall: 110 Train Street S.E., Orting.

* Orting Public Safety Building: 201 Washington Ave. S., Orting.

* Bonney Lake Senior Center: 19304 Bonney Lake Blvd., Bonney Lake.

* Calvary Community Church: 15116 Gary St., Sumner.

* Lakewood Community Center: 9112 Lakewood Drive S.W., Lakewood.

* Buckley Hall: 127 N. River Road, Buckley.

* Chapel Hill Presbyterian Church: 7700 Skansie Avenue, Gig Harbor.

* Kent Commons, 525 Fourth Ave. N. It is open until 5 p.m.

* Kent Senior Activity Center, 600 E. Smith St. It will be open until 4:30 p.m.

* The Federal Way Community Center, 876 S. 333rd St., Federal Way.
