The Pierce County Medical Examiner’s Office has released the name of a woman who was killed late Sunday in an East Side home.

Michelle Davis, 26, was fatally shot while she slept on the couch of a home in the 8400 block of East D Street.

Tacoma police investigators have said her ex-boyfriend shot Davis and injured another man, then left the home.

The suspect, identified as 22-year-year-old Marcus Robinson, was later found dead outside Larchmont Elementary School. Investigators believe he shot himself.

The injured man was shot 11 times and was expected to survive his injuries.
