Puyallup police are searching for a man who held up a Little Caesars Pizza tonight.

The man walked into the restaurant at 3709 S. Meridian about 6:30 p.m., pulled out a gun and demanded money.

He left on foot with an undisclosed amount of cash. No one was injured during the robbery.

A K-9 tracked his scent for nearly an hour but eventually lost it. Officers are looking into whether the suspect may have gotten into a vehicle.

Police will review surveillance footage from Little Caesars in hopes of capturing an image they can release to the public, Capt. Dave McDonald said.

The suspect is described as white, in his mid-to-late 20s, 5-foot-7 and 180 pounds with brown hair. He was wearing a blue sweatshirt and blue jeans.

Stacia, I believe this may be the same suspect that is responsible for several recent robberies at Little Ceasers ? I’ve heard Tacoma, South Hill, and now Puyallup? Also another establishment off of Canyon Rd- i think it was papa Murphy’s? Can PCSD confirm?
