A Gig Harbor restaurant will host a fundraiser Saturday night for the next Mission to Mexico trip.

The fifth annual “Bash for Gas” will begin at 7 p.m. at El Pueblito Restaurant, 3226 Harborview Drive. Tickets are $10. There will be live music.

All proceeds will go to the Mission to Mexico program.

The next trip is planned for January when volunteers will drive emergency medical supplies, two fire trucks, two medic rigs and an ambulance to three towns in Mexico, said Ed Troyer, a volunteer with the group.
