The ‘Bad Hair Bandit’ was arrested Monday in California shortly after a bank robbery.

Placer County sheriff’s deputies said they took Cynthia Van Holland, 47, and her alleged getaway driver, 26-year-old Christopher Alonzo, into custody after the woman passed a note to a teller demanding money at a Bank of the West branch in Auburn, Calif.

The Bad Hair Bandit is wanted for at least 20 bank robberies since December 2010, according to the FBI.

Van Holland is accused of holding up banks in Tacoma, Spanaway, University Place, Kent, Tumwater, Redmond, Oregon and Montana.

Both she and Alonzo are from Hayden, Idaho.

Amazingly her hair is bad (but not THAT bad) in this photo. Some folks have all the luck. Or else law enforcement sets a VERY high standard for hairdos. Remember that, ladies. Always, always get your roots touched up before your next heist. And a trim.

I’m actually a little upset that the credit for the capture of fat tina will not be bestowed upon miles, thrill or Thee Ted Smith.

  6. whatthehell says:

It’s not her hair that bothers me – it’s those eyes – she needs to get those fixed

the fat tina reference escapes me – since I don’t watch TV or movies – Idk wtf you guys are talking about
