Isn’t there “ALWAYS” supposed to be “EMPHASIS” on patrol when “PATROLLING?” That is just part of the job, at least I thought it was…. Why is this news? Is no “EMPHASIS” instituted the other 30 days of the month?

How come we never read “woman cited for applying War Paint while driving?”

What happened to the much-publicized enforcement campaign against left lane slowpokes? They still seem to be able to tie up traffic with impunity.

How much you wanna bet this empha$i$ wa$ not about public $afety or the idea of keeping our communitie$ $afe…

  5. Getting a grant to do what you are already supposed to be doing….great racket…

DANG, everyone down on the Police…..whats up with that? So they call it the EMPHASIS patrol, is that the problem? Rather they call it a STING operation? Whatever they call it, sounds like they ticketed alot of people for doing stupid stuff while behind the wheel of a car…….whats the problem?
