Three people suspected of robbing a Spanaway bank branch this afternoon have been arrested, Pierce County sheriff’s spokesman Ed Troyer said.

Two armed men and a woman did a takeover robbery at Columbia Bank, 17502 Pacific Ave. South, about 2 p.m. and escaped with an unknown amount of money.

Tacoma police located the getaway vehicle and took one man into custody who tried to flee on foot. The other suspects were found in Lakewood.

One customer in the bank was being treated at the scene for minor injuries, Troyer said.
