Green Health Tacoma, a medical marijuana dispensary, was robbed this afternoon.

Two men – one who was armed with a handgun – walked into the dispensary at 402 Tacoma Ave. S. just after 3:30 p.m., police spokesman Mark Fulghum said.

“They took the safe, some money and some marijuana,” he said.

The robbers fled in a truck that had other men inside, police said. Officers found the abandoned truck nearby.

No one was arrested.

Buzz Pefister, the brother of Green Health Tacoma’s owner, said he was unsure how the robbers got past security. But footage from surveillance cameras inside the dispensary have been turned over to police
