Tacoma police have arrested three people in connection with a fatal shooting earlier this week in the South End. The two males and 17-year-old girl were booked this morning.

The two males, both 17, were booked on suspicion of first-degree murder, two counts of first-degree robbery and two counts of unlawful possession of a firearm. One is believed to the be the gunman in Monday night’s homicide. The girl was booked on suspicion of first-degree murder and two counts of first-degree robbery.

They’ve been arrested in connection with Monday night’s shooting death of 27-year-old Sokun Phorn. The Tacoma man was fatally shot during an argument over money near South 57th Street and South Park Avenue.

A witness had provided Tacoma police detectives with information about the gunman. Information developed through the investigation led to this morning’s arrests.
