Lakewood police are investigating a series of attacks in which a man has tossed cups of liquid on women and children.

Investigators suspect the same man might be behind the incidents, which began Aug. 30. He’s been seen riding or near a black-and-silver colored bike.

The suspect has been described as black (some reports say dark skin), 17 to 25 years old and 5 feet 7 to 6 feet tall with a thin building, Lakewood police report. He wears all dark clothing and a baseball cap. In several of the incidents, he’s worn a red hooded sweatshirt and jeans.

Anyone with information is asked to contact Lakewood police at 253-830-5098.
