Just did a round trip from 26th & Vassault to 26th & Proctor & took 31st back: never seen so many speedtraps 7 cops in Tacoma in my life. Marked cars, unmarked cars & lots of motorcycle cops

Tacoma police spokesman Mark Fulghum reports there were no incidents of note in that area this morning. Traffic officers were out as part of the department’s back-to-school enforcement plan.

  1. sharonlee says:

why just the one school? why not all the schools?

  2. purplechick says:

They were at all the schools.

  3. They were all over South Tacoma Way today also.

  4. I’m sure I’ve posted this same comment before, but i have never in my life seen so many schools on busy thoroughfares as i have seen in Tacoma. Horrible planning.
