Associated Ministries is holding a Moment of Blessing ceremony Wednesday for a 26-year-old Tacoma man who was shot to death in his West End home May 12.

The blessing for Juan Zuniga-Gonzalez will take place Wednesday, May 26, 9:30 a.m. at 3357 N. Visscher St.

The brief worship service aims to reclaim spaces where homicides have occurred. It is open to the public. The site will be marked by bamboo poles with red and purple ribbons.
