ALL CLEAR: Crash blocking lane of I-5 in Tacoma

A crash is blocking the right lane of southbound Interstate 5 at state Route 16 in Tacoma, the state DOT reports.

The incident began at 1:10 p.m. Troopers and firefighters are on the scene.

A tow truck is on its way.

UPDATE: The crash has been cleared from the scene, DOT reports. Drivers are backed up for a mile.
