WHAT WAS THAT: SWAT vehicle spotted in Lakewood

The Pierce County Sheriff’s Department SWAT team was spotted in the Oakbrook neighborhood of Lakewood this morning.

Pierce County sheriff’s spokesman Ed Troyer reports the deputies were assisting with a drug-related warrant.  The team made entry and cleared the scene. The narcotics investigators took over.

  1. When the Strykers become surplus they can buy one of those.
    They aren’t much of match for IEDs anyway. Planned obsolescence.
