Tacoma firefighters are on the scene of an overturned diesel truck near the Puyallup River in Fife.

One person was transported to a local hospital for treatment, fire spokeswoman Jolene Davis said.

The accident is at Frank Albert Road East and North Levee Road. The tanker turned over. The tanker is sealed and contains 1,200 gallons of diesel.

“There appears to be no leakage at this time,” Davis said.

There’s been no fire because of the accident.
