For those of you that following court cases closely, today’s sentencing of Weldon Marc Gilbert has been postponed.

The wealthy Lake Tapps pilot accused in dozens of sex crimes involving young boys will now be sentenced Nov. 16.

Gilbert pleaded guilty in April in federal court to31 counts of production of child pornography, two counts of transporting a minor across state lines to engage in sexual activity and two counts of obstruction of justice.

He faces a maximum of 25 years in prison. In its sentencing memorandum, federal prosecutors argue for a 25-year prison term.
