Drivers are backed up for three miles on northbound State Route 167 because of a crash.
The crash was reported shortly after 7:35 a.m. in the right lane of SR 167 at Eighth Street East.
Troopers, paramedics, firefighters and transportation officials are at the scene.
UPDATE: The crash has been cleared and the lane is reopen to traffic.
