Semaj Booker won’t face criminal charges for his latest attempt to board a jet without a ticket, a spokesman for the King County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office said Thursday.

“I think Port of Seattle Police were looking at it as potential trespass, but we’re not going to file a charge,” said Dan Donahoe, spokesman for King County prosecutors. “Rather it will be referred to Pierce County, and they would decide whether to handle it as a violation of his deferred sentence that he received last year.”
