Last week, we told you about a new, national campaign targeting methamphetamine users. The National Drug Control Policy center is rolling the anti-meth campaign out in eight states, including Washington.

Today is the official press conference to announce the campaign’s presence in the state.

The director of National Drug Control Policy, John P. Walters, will be joined by U.S. Reps. Rick Larsen and Dave Reichert.

The campaign features advertising and public education outreach to raise awareness about the dangers of meth and the treatment resources available.
