Police and SWAT team members were on the scene this morning of a shooting in a Gig Harbor neighborhood.

I’ve got a story posted on the homepage and will provide updates as we learn more.

The victim, who was reportedly shot in the head, was conscious and reportedly told officers who shot him and where. The victim has since been taken to a hospital for treatment.

We don’t know the circumstances of the shooting or the relationship of the victim and shooter.

UPDATE: Now, we’re getting word that two people have been found dead in the house. The two inside the house are a man and woman. Investigators are assuming it’s the homeowners.

That makes three victims in this incident. Still a lot of unanswered questions.

There is a press conference scheduled for 2 p.m. We’ll be there and be able to provide more information.
