Kudos to two TPD officers

Erica Valley, the resident manager of the Winthrop Apartments, recently wrote an e-mail of praise for two Tacoma police officers for their efforts on the beleaguered downtown apartment building.

Here is it:

I would like to extend my deepest thanks and gratitude to Officer Pincham and Price for all their hard work and efforts with the Winthrop.

Since January 11, 2007, with their help, the Winthrop has been able to trespass 11 people due to drug activity or felony status and they have arrested3 people from the building.

The presence alone of Officer Pincham and Price along with BIA has made a tremendous impact on the day to day activity at and around the Winthrop.

They have given the Winthrop their valuable time and have done many rounds of knock and talks which have lead to evictions of three of the buildings worst offenders in regards to drug activity and excessive traffic. This would not have been possible without Office Pincham’s and Price’s commitment

to assisting Quantum Management in cleaning up the Winthrop as well as downtown Tacoma.

Way to go guy’s!!!! The residents of the Winthrop, myself and my staff thank you for all your hard work and look forward to taking the Winthrop to the next level with your assistance.
