The state Liquor Control Board on Wednesday announced details regarding public hearings that concern the latest iteration of the rules that pertain to Initiative 502, which legalizes marijuana for recreational use.
The four public hearings are a required part of the rulemaking process and provide an opportunity for public testimony on the proposed rules.
