Liquor Control Board looking for input on new rules: in person or by mail, e-mail or fax

The Washington State Liquor Control Board is seeking input on the latest set of proposed rules concerning the implementation of Initiative 502. Following a report by consultants, the board on Wednesday filed with the state Code Reviser’s Office. The next step will be a series of public meetings. The dates and times are as follows, with the exact locations to be announced later.

August 6: North Seattle, from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
August 7: Olympia, from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
August 7, Ellensburg, from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
August 8, Spokane, from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.

Comments may also be made to the board by mail, e-mail, or fax by July 31, 2013.
