Facing change? Wondering about transformational leadership?

The University of Phoenix will host both a panel discussion and a transformational leadership workshop on Friday, May 17, at the school’s Western Washington campus at 7100 Fort Dent Way, Suite 100, in Tukwila.

Admission is free and reservations are not required.

“Leaders must understand how their individual style of leadership can create a vision to identify change, and learn how to inspire and execute the change with the commitment of team members in order to ensure the survival of their organizations,” the university said in a press release concerning the event.

Panelists will include Robin Sheedy, associate general counsel for Resources USA; Kathrina Camilla Westby-Sharman, director of ancillary services at Pacific Medical Group; and Joe Macias, leadership development consultant for MultiCare Health System.

The event will begin at noon and continue until 3:30 p.m.
