It’s time again for the Monday Mixer, a quarterly meeting in downtown Tacoma meant for developers, investors, property owners, brokers and other real estate professionals.

Hosted by Tacoma Mayor Marilyn Strickland, the fourth such meeting will be held April 29 from 5 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. at the Hotel Murano, 1320 Broadway.

“This is about coming together to take a closer look at Tacoma’s urban fabric and see what we can do to attract more businesses and develop appealing, mixed-use communities in downtown Tacoma,” Strickland said in a city news release.

Members of the city’s Community & Economic Development and Planning & Development Services departments will be at the April 29 event to discuss investor and developer incentives, as well as available public and private development sites, the release said.

Monday Mixers are free and open to everyone. Learn more at tacomameansbusiness.com.
