Fledgling entrepreneurs, here are two opportunities for business training in the next two weeks.

Washington Small Business Fair: The 16th annual event will be Sept. 29 at Renton Technical College from 8 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. It’s free, and no registration is required. Seminars will be an hour long and cover topics of interest for all stages of business ownership. Learn more at www.bizfair.org.

EntreLeadership One Day: Nationally syndicated radio talk show host Dave Ramsey will hold a simulcast from Nashville to locations around the country on Sept. 21. Locally, the simulcast will be presented at the New Horizon Christian Center, 5600 Valley Ave. East in Fife. The event costs $39, and registration is required so enough workbooks are available, though people can register at the door if space is available. The center can hold several hundred people. The event will give small business owners tips on everything from how to hire to how to set employee pay rates. Learn more and register at www.newhcc.com/entreleadership/ or call 253-922-1502.
