Pierce County’s Economic Development Department is collaborating with the World Trade Center Tacoma to host a free Export Forum offering advice to businesses wanting to expand their markets outside the United States.

The Sept. 28 forum will feature a keynote address by U.S. Rep. Dave Reichert, a member of the House Ways and Means Subcommittee on Trade.

Federal, state and local experts will also share their experience and expertise with forum attendants. There is no charge to attend the forum at the Pierce County Environmental Services Building, 9850 64th Street W in University Place.

Registration begins at 8 a.m. The program will last from 8:30 a.m. until noon.
