Puyallup’s Windermere Real Estate office is teaming up with Soundbuilt Homes June 15 to repair and refurbish a patio and garden area at Orting’s Washington Soldiers Home.

The real estate office’s volunteer work is part of a company-wide effort at more than 300 Windermere offices to do good works in their communities.

The Puyallup Windermere Real Estate office personnel will join with workers from Soundbuilt to resurface the solidier’s home concrete patio and to rebuild benches and weed, trim and distribute bark in the home’s gardens.

The June 15 workday will be the second day in two years the real estate office has devoted to helping out at the solidiers home. The real estate office will be closed that day to allow employees to volunteer.
