Weyerhaeuser declares dividend

Directors of Federal Way’s Weyerhaeuser Co. have declared a dividend of 15 cents a share for common stock owners at the close of business Sept. 1.

The dividend is payable on Sept. 15.

The forest products and home building company’s stock closed today at $16.79 a share, up just a penny from Wednesday’s close. The stock has sold for as high as $25.33 a share and as low as $15.06 a share in the last 52 weeks.
