Boeing is putting one of its 787 Dreamliners on a marketing road trip at the end of this week to give European airlines a sneak peek of the aircraft and its benefits.
Flightblogger reports Boeing will fly the 787 to Paris and Amsterdam to market the Dreamliner to Air France/KLM which is looking for aircraft to replace some of its older longer-range aircraft.
The aircraft that will make the swing is the sixth test aircraft ZA006, which is equipped with General Electric engines.
The combined airline has shown a preference for General Electric engines in the past, and Boeing wants to show off one of its Dreamliners equipped with the American enginemaker’s products.
The Dreamliner is available with engines either from Rolls Royce or General Electric.
