Boeing has wasted no time in getting constrution moving on a new plant in North Charleston, S.C.

The company has scheduled a groundbreaking for the new 787 assembly plant for 10:30 a.m. Nov. 20.

The ground breaking will come just three weeks after Boeing announced its decision to pick Charleston over Everett for the second 787 assembly line. The company picked a Carolina contractor this week to build the plant.
