Live Paint continues through summer on the Tacoma Hilltop with fun kids’ art and drama classes

Spark a child’s imagination and you’ve given them a gift that’ll last long beyond summer. Live Paint, a one-woman art and drama company for kids led by Cindy Arnold, is holding a summer’s worth of workshops on everything from wizards to fairies at its temporary studio on the Hilltop, courtesy of Spaceworks Tacoma.

Live Paint offers free family winter theater event on Hilltop, Tacoma

Theater arts group Live Paint will offer a free winter family event in the new Spaceworks studio on the Hilltop from 1-2:30 p.m. March 10. Director Cindy Arnold helps families celebrate the last months of winter through interactive theatre, story, craft projects and other seasonal surprises. The free event is designed for children ages three to five years and their families, but children of all ages are invited to attend.

Celebrate the light with storytelling theater group Live Paint at Tacoma’s Swasey Library

Imagine a show that brings together art, theater and music, together with telling stories, and you’ve got Live Paint, a Tacoma-based kids’ creativity group that has been helping local kids (and adults) tell stories through the arts for a few years now. It’s been hosting free shows at Tacoma Public Library branches this month, and Thursday afternoon at Swasey branch is the last show.
