Which really opens up the field for blue-themed art, and that’s exactly what Tacoma’s B2 Gallery is doing this month. Opening next week for third Thursday, “Azul” features work by Alec Clayton, Judy Cox, Leonardo Lanzolla, William Quinn, Susana Rodriguez and Franciso Salgado interpreting the color blue. Opening 5-9 p.m. Jan. 17, then 11 a.m.-5 p.m. Tuesday-Saturday through Mar. 2. Free. B2 Gallery and Studio, 711 St. Helens Ave., Tacoma. 253-238-5065, b2finearts.com
