
Rainier League of Arts at the Weyerhaeuser Bonsai Gardens
A mixed media art show by the Rainier League of Arts will be held in the unique Weyerhaeuser Bonsai Gardens in Federal Way beginning Saturday. Lakewood’s “Love Letters” continues
Lakewood Playhouse’s unique spin on A.R. Gurney’s 1989 play “Love Letters” continues this weekend and through Aug. 28. The play, telling the story of a written romance that lasts a couple’s whole lives, is interpreted each night by a different South Sound couple who fell in love themselves through theater. This weekend it’s Samantha Camp and Bruce Story (8 p.m. tonight), Rachel and Alan Wilkie (8 p.m. Saturday) and Bethany Bevier and Niclas Olson 2 p.m. (Sunday). $15.
