“iCarly” star Miranda Cosgrove cancels tour – including a concert next week at Tacoma’s Pantages Theater – due to a broken ankle

Miranda Cosgrove, teen pop singer and star of Nickelodeon’s Emmy-nominated show “iCarly,” has postponed the remainder of her summer tour “Dancing Crazy,” which was scheduled to play at Tacoma’s Pantages Theater on Aug. 20. Cosgrove postponed her tour until further notice after she broke her ankle when her tour bus crashed yesterday.

Cosgrove, 18, was halfway through her national tour when the crash happened on Interstate 70 in Illinois. There were five people on the tour bus and no-one else was injured, according to the tour spokesperson.

  2. As a print subscriber, I am FURIOUS that yesterday’s Sky River Revisited Festival in Arlington was not mentioned here in any form. If I had known about it, I would have gone.
