This weekend sees more than 80 arts institutions across the country open their doors for free, thanks to retailer Target. The Target Arts and Wonder Free Family Event runs July 16-18, and gives families the chance to explore the arts for free in participating venues.

Local venues offering free entry include the Seattle Art Museum (10 a.m.-2 p.m. July 17) and the Wing Luke Museum (10 a.m.-8 p.m. July 17).
