Karen Taylor-Goodrich named new superintendent of North Cascades National Park complex
Karen Taylor-Goodrich has been named the new superintendent of North Cascades National Park Service Complex. She will start her new duties in March.
Taylor-Goodrich has been the superintendent at Sequoia and Kings Canyon national parks in California for the last three years. She fills the vacancy created when Chip Jenkins left the park last year to become the National Park Service Pacific West’s deputy regional director in Seattle.
Her career of more than 30 years with the Park Service included a stint at Lake Roosevelt National Recreation Area.
