Rainier Audubon Society member Dan Streiffert will give a presentation, “Rafting the Marsh Fork of the Canning River,” Thursday at the monthly meeting of the Tahoma Audubon Society.

Streiffert will talk about the wildlife that lives along the river that runs along the western boundary of the Arctic National Wildlife Refuge.

The “Great Bear Rainforest” presentation originally scheduled has been postponed.

Doors open at 7 p.m. for refreshments, social time and chapter updates. The program begins at 7:30 p.m.

The chapter meets at the Tacoma Nature Center, 1919 S. Tyler St., Tacoma.
