This post comes courtesy of the State Department of Fish and Wildlife Police. They posted it on their Facebook page. I thought the image was too good to not pass along.
Here is what their post had to say:
Officer McLerran received a call to contact the Ag Northwest manager about a bear in Plymouth. So Officer McLerran called the manager and was informed that there was a black bear in the middle of a wheat field. Although it thoroughly surprised one of the workers, the manager indicated that the bear was causing no harm and was not a problem at the time. Officer McLerran advised him that the bear would most likely move out of the area on his own…
While you have to give the bear some credit for adding a little fiber to his diet, you have to wonder what made him travel so far from the woods in the name of nutrition?
